About Martin Steffen AB
Martin Steffen AB and Malmö Motion Pictures was founded by me in mid 2019. Based on 25 years in various positions and industries listed on my LinkedIn profile an idea had grown into more than just an idea.
The massive and ongoing digital transformation had made a weak spot evident. This weak spot can be viewed from two perspectives; Change and change communication.
Change
There are a lot of people eager to help out in creating strategies based on need for change – the “what”. However, when it comes to supporting and helping clients to work out the “how” - that is a different story. A white spot on the map and that is why I focus on supporting clients with working out “how” to make change become a reality.
Change communication
As part of the “how” above - communication is key. Making large numbers of co-workers aware and involved as part of a change is a challenge. Carefully orchestrated communication using a large proportion of video is a powerful tool. Combined with a close collaboration with the client and a profound understanding of change – I produce relevant and “to the point” video content that enable change – real change.
There are many ways to achieve results when making real change happen. Running inspiring and results driven workshops is one of my tools. Using scrum and an agile approach is another.
It all comes down to people regardless if it’s the people leading the change or the people that needs to get involved. Simple yet difficult – but who said this was easy?
